-
The final phase: boat travel on the Danube and Rhine rivers from Bulgaria to Rotterdam.
Goal
-
To inspire people across the world to rethink modern life, to live more sustainably and reconnect with ourselves, nature and each other.
-
To refuse the logic of burnout, consumer time and capitalist speed.
-
To be visible as a critique of what we’ve normalized (disconnection, domination, destruction).

Why Delphi?
In ancient times, Delphi was called the omphalos: the navel of the Earth and held significant political importance. It was the predominant oracular site in Greece and attracted pilgrims from far and wide. City-states and leaders turned to the oracle for counsel on governance. Feminine intuition was a recognized force, directing the flow of political power.
My intention is to bring this fire of the ancient center of the world to the biggest port of the modern world.

Why Rotterdam?
Fire meets water-movement, flow, change.
Rotterdam is a modern rebuilt city. Bombed in 1940, this city rose again from ashes. It became Europe’s largest port. Its municipal government is influential in national urban, environmental and infrastructure policies. The city also plays a key role in shaping EU logistics, trade and climate strategy. Rotterdam is the place where the statement for a New Earth living can be big and powerful.
